The present fuel station is a part of the complex of the stations retailing and wholesaling the combustive-lubricating products. The sale of the present fuel station in the structure of the whole complex is preferential; the separate sale is also possible.
The territory is on lease for 5 years (1500 sq.m.). There is an armoury building and a separate operating building (50 sq.m.), telephone and transforming station.
