- The reservoirs for wort and fermentation and the larger cellars are made of stainless steel, the lines of communication are made of non-corrosive pipes.
- Modern stud of the manufacture is made inclusive of classical technology, the disinfection of equipment and communications and the CIP- washings are available as well.
Manufacture and soft drinks and kvass bottling:
- The building has two floors and a basement room.
- There is an industrial laboratory, two separate changing rooms, each for15 persons, and three shower cabins in each changing room, furnished manager's office, assesory materials warehouse and workshops.
- Ground floor - package warehouse for the simultaneous storage of 220 000 bottles;
- 1st floor - drinks and mineral water bottling (a bottling line in a 1/2 l glass bottle of 6000 litres/hour capacity with the automatic device of thermopacking in polyethylene film for 12 or 20 bottles. The equipment is manufactured in Italy.
- 2nd floor -the manufacture of drinks;
Kvass branch: (separate building) Producing capacity is 1000,0 decalitres of kvass a day; Reservoir for the liquid carbon dioxide storage (10, 0 cub.m.) and pouring in cylinders (20 cylinders/hour);
Finished goods warehouse has an area of 300, 0 sq.m. Manufacture commenced on the 4/1/2003 and produces carbonated drinks and mineral water.
Available transport: GAZ - 53 for the removal of waste of the brewing manufacture;
Laboratory consists of bacteriological and chemical branches;
