The total area of the main building is 4560sq.m; including office premises (500sq.m.) that occupy two floors. The independent boiler-house heats administrative premises (500 sq.m.), industrial premises (1560 sq.m.) and storage premises (1300 sq.m.). The rest storage premises (1200 sq.m.) are not heated.
A separate storage premise (1300sq.m.) has its own heated office premises (130sq.m.). There is also a separate industrial heated premise (150sq.m.), and separate administrative heated premise (100sq.m.). The total area of industrial and office premises of the enterprise is 6050sq.m.
The total area of the territory of the enterprise is16000sq.m.
There is a covered trestle for handling, and a capital awning (500sq.m, 6m. height).
All buildings are capital and built of brick and concrete components. The enterprise has convenient location and access roads.
There are two check points at the territory, a system of video surveillance and communication, gas-distributing station, water supply and sewerage system, five lead-in electric lines, seven city telephone numbers, mini-dial office.
The manufacture has three independent automatic bottling lines and a line of clear water bottling in 5 l. polyethylene bottles.
The line of bottling mineral water in 1/2 l. and 1,5 l. polyethylene bottles has 3000 bottles/hour capacity for 1,5 l. bottles and 6000 bottles/hour capacity for 1/2 l. bottles. The line of bottling soft carbonated drinks in 1/2 l. and 1,5 l. polyethylene bottles has 5000 bottles/hour capacity for 1,5 l. bottles and 12000 bottles/hour capacity for 1/2 l. bottles.
The lines of bottling in glass 1/2 l. bottle have 6000 bottles/hour capacity.
The line of bottling in polyethylene 5 l. bottles has 300 bottles/hour capacity.
The polyethylene bottles blowing shop has 7400 bottles/hour capacity.

The enterprise has its own motor pool:
Two stainless steel tankers (12cub.m.) with two KAMAZ haulage trucks;
Carbon dioxide tank CJU-8 of 8 cub.m capacity with MAZ haulage truck;
Cars available for the delivery of the goods to the consumer:
Five cars GAZ 3307; Two cars ZIL 130; One car KAMAZ 53212 with trailer; Five cars Gazel. All cars are equipped with thermo-vans and are in good condition.
There is a bus PAZ for the transportation of the employees.
